Fisher Gallery of Martha's Vineyard, located at 585
Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road, is an open, airy artistic enclave. The
gallery is situated in a converted home previously belonging to Captain
Francis Fisher, a local shellfishing icon. The recently renovated
gallery space features high-beamed ceilings, white walls, pine floors,
an antique brick fireplace and a diverse selection of oil paintings,
sculpture, and color and black and white photography. Painter Brandon
Fisher creates luminous seascapes and still life paintings while
photographer Heidi Wild's images chronicle travels from Oak Bluffs to
the Ganges River in India.
